Three men papered a Yishun block with lewd flyers of their neighbour

Between December 2015 and February 2016, three men created flyers bearing a nude image of online personality Kurt Tay — who lived in Yishun — and pasted them at his HDB block and workplace at Northpoint City, and stuffed them into his neighbours' letterboxes. They had watched his videos and, by their own account, did it "for fun", at one point wearing masks to hide from CCTV. Two of them were charged with unlawful stalking under the Protection from Harassment Act: Aaron James Ang Jian Hian, an IT consultant, was jailed for six months, and Royston Chua Wei Kwang, a military police master sergeant, for five months, sentenced on 2 October 2018. A third man remained at large. In this case Kurt Tay was the victim of the harassment.
