Woman loses consciousness after PMD collision in Yishun; hospitalised

A woman was found lying unconscious in a man's arms after two personal mobility devices (PMDs) collided along Yishun Lane near the Sree Narayana Mission Nursing Home @ Riverwalk on September 5 at approximately 11.55am. Witness Nick reported that both riders had been travelling at speed before the impact, with the woman appearing to lose consciousness immediately after the collision.

A motorist in a black car stopped to assist, providing an umbrella while the woman remained on the ground. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call for assistance at 11.55am and transported one person to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
