Yishun peeper vanishes through corridor gap after being spotted at 1am void deck

A 28-year-old woman eating at a Yishun void deck with friends around 1–2am on July 10 noticed a man's head peering through a gap in the opposite HDB block's corridor wall, his gaze fixed on the group. The stranger, caught on her TikTok footage inching forward to watch them, immediately bolted when confronted and left no trace.

Naimi told Stomp the incident left her "extremely uncomfortable and disturbed," especially given the late hour and quiet surroundings. The man's escape was clean — investigators found no evidence at the corridor. She posted the clips on September 2, hoping to alert others to stay vigilant late at night, though no police report or arrest appears to have followed.
