ACS(I) boy dies during high element activity at Safra Yishun

A student from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) died after an incident during a high element outdoor activity at Safra Yishun on February 4, 2021. The boy was participating in a school-organised activity run by operator Camelot at the Safra Yishun facility when the fatal incident occurred. Following the tragedy, schools across Singapore suspended all activities involving heights pending review.
